Essentially, if you introduce us to somebody that we decide to sign on for a £3000 monthly retainer, we’ll send you £1200 - done and done.

No, you do not have to be a client of us to benefit from the referral program. This is a great opportunity for people we were unable to take on as a client but who might know someone that could be a good fit to work with us.
When do we get paid?
Payouts are paid 30 days after we sign a contract with the partner you refer us to.
What counts as a 'referral'?
It's as easy as CC'ing 2 people into an email thread. If you introduce us to a business that is a qualified fit for our services and they decide to sign on, this is a referral. They must not be someone we had contact with before your introduction.
